The hydraulic motor is an executive element in the hydraulic transmission system. It converts the hydraulic energy from the hydraulic pump into mechanical energy for rotary motion, thereby driving the load to work. Almost all of the existing various vane hydraulic motors adopt a balanced structure. The air cooler cannot guarantee absolutely zero failure during operation, and no equipment can do this, because many factors are uncontrollable during operation, so different problems will occur.
The pressure of common failures does not rise:

The main reason:
1. The fuel supply pump is damaged
2. The adjustment pressure of the overflow valve is too low or the valve is faulty 
3. There is a leak in the system
4. The main friction pair is worn and the internal leakage is too large
elimination method:
1. Check the oil pump
2. Adjust the pressure of the overflow valve or overhaul the overflow valve
3. Inspect the system piping and components
4. Disassemble and inspect the repair parts 
Excessive heating of common faults:
The main reason:
1. The viscosity of the oil is too high
2. Abnormal wear and tear
3. Working pressure is too high
4. The speed is too high
5. The cooler has little effect
6. There is no cooler, the fuel tank capacity is too small 
7. The ambient temperature is too high
elimination method:
1. Replace the recommended oil
2. Disassemble the motor for inspection
3. Check pipeline resistance and load 
4. Reduce the displacement of the fuel supply pump
5. Increase the cooling area, check the cooler failure
6. Increase the fuel tank capacity
7. Air blow or take other cooling measures 
Common faults are too noisy:
The main reason:
1. The inlet pipe sucks air
2. The viscosity of the oil is too high
3. The output shaft of the motor is not on the same axis as the driven machine
4. The motor speed is too high
5. Overload operation
elimination method:
1. Check and eliminate the leaking parts
2. Replace oil with suitable viscosity
3. Reinstall and adjust
4. Reduce the displacement of the fuel supply pump
5. Reduce the working load of the driven machinery
